Randy leads Continuum’s Continuity247 and R1Soft backup and disaster recovery product lines. He brings a passion for building great software and creating solutions that help systems administrators and IT operations keep everything humming. Prior to Continuum, Randy held technical leadership roles at Idera, Pros and NetIQ. He ran engineering for Idera, providing award-winning tools for Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint management and the R1Soft backup and disaster recovery solution. At NetIQ, Randy directed R&D for three key lines of business, delivering the world’s best solutions for security, configuration control and systems management.
Director of Sales
A 15-year veteran of the enterprise software industry, Jason joined the R1Soft team in 2010. As Director of Sales, he drives revenue growth and the strategic direction of the sales organization. He and his team are keenly focused on helping R1Soft partners and customers around the globe minimize technology risk and achieve business success through R1Soft’s Server Backup Manager solution. He has held executive account positions at Symantec, NetIQ Corporation and BindView. Jason has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Houston.
Technical Support Manager
Ethan Lively joined Idera Inc., previous owner of R1Soft, in 2007 as a Technical Support Engineer. He was previously IS Supervisor/Senior Network Administrator at Six Flags Astroworld. He moved to the R1Soft team in 2009, shortly after it was acquired by Idera, Inc. Ethan has devoted years to learning and understanding the CDP™/Server Backup Manager software by spending time in both Technical Support and Quality Engineering departments. He eventually took over the role of Technical Support Manager when R1Soft was acquired by Continuum in 2014. In addition to his interests in technology and computing, he also enjoys spending time outdoors. He can usually be found in the gulf coast bay system fishing from his kayak. Ethan is a native Houstonian who currently resides in Houston, Texas.
Having recently moved into a new office in Houston’s booming Energy Corridor, R1Soft is a company that is positioned for growth, both in company size and in market share.
