Partners are also given operational support on a variety of levels. Namely, partners can access priority presales support and technical support, and have access a unique online centralized knowledge repository. The centralized knowledge repository is a comprehensive knowledgebase that contains sales and technical materials, including benchmarks, manuals, troubleshooting guides, and other technical support information. Members of the Partner Program also receive continued technical and sales training to bolster their ability to market and operate R1Soft data protection solutions.
