PTisp Implements R1Soft

April 14, 2011 (Ping! Zine Web Hosting Magazine) – PTisp, the Portuguese hosting and domain registration provider, today released details regarding its implementation of R1Soft Continuous Data Protection (CDP) software.

After successfully utilizing R1Soft CDP for almost two years, the company has decided to extend the scope of CDP backups. PTisp will now offer routine CDP backups with all shared hosting plans, as part of the company’s complete virtual machine (VM) solution, and as an add-on service to dedicated server plans. R1Soft CDP is the only commercial backup software that PTisp offers.
