Rick Pleczko, President and CEO
Rick Pleczko is a co-founder of BBS Technologies. Prior to BBS
Technologies, Mr. Pleczko held senior executive positions in a number
of leading software companies including LBMS, Platinum Technology,
Mission Critical Software, and most recently NetIQ Corporation, a
leading provider of enterprise systems and security management
solutions, where he served as senior vice president of worldwide
marketing. A 25+ year veteran of the systems and database management
software industry, Mr. Pleczko has held positions ranging from software
engineer and DBA to CEO.
David Wartell, Vice President, R1Soft
David Wartell is the founder of R1Soft. Prior to BBS Technologies, Mr. Wartell was the President and CEO of Righteous Software Inc. Mr. Wartell has over 10 years experience in software development and Internet infrastructure where he has held positions ranging from software engineer and network engineer to CEO. Before starting R1Soft he worked as the Sr. Network Engineer for EV1Servers/ThePlanet in Houston Texas were he was responsible for one of the largest computer networks that supported over 20,000 Linux and Windows servers and over 25 Gigabits of Internet connectivity.
York Richards, Vice President and CFO
Prior to joining BBS Technologies, York Richards managed the
development and execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program for
BMC software. Mr. Richards has many years experience in the financial
management of successful software companies. During his career he has
held a number of senior financial positions, including Director of
Finance for NetIQ Corporation, Controller for PentaSafe Security
Technologies and Senior Auditor for Price Waterhouse Coopers.
James Legg, Vice President, Sales
James Legg has a history of demonstrated success growing enterprise management
technology organizations. At NetIQ Mr. Legg ran the Inside Sales team and
Corporate Sales Organization. Prior to NetIQ Mr. Legg served as the Vice
President for Pentasafe and assisted in revenue growth from $400,000 to over
$40 Million in five years and had responsibility for Pre and Post Sales support
and Professional Services. Mr. Legg also served as a Sales Director at Peregrine
and managed Key Accounts. Mr. Legg has 20 years of Software experience and has
opened and managed several sales offices in the Americas for both Peregrine and
BMC Software.
